SO telstra.
I paid my bill, and rang their customer support to say "Ok, please reconnect me.". And the helpful droid ont he other end said "Um. I'd love to, cos I can see that the payment has gone through, but we haven't actually suspended you for non-payment. Or, in fact, for anything. As far as we can see, your account is fine. Our network probably sucks."

Probably!!??

I'm suprised that they're allowed to say that! Methinks you may find that drone will prolly never answer phones there again!!!
