I'm currently working 'for' a guy who spends half his day on eBay, so never kicks me for reading /. or any other news sites.

Am applying for a promotion to try and get a bit challeneged around the office - doubt I'll get one, but perhaps it will bring up why I am looking for a bit more of a challenge - especially as he is applying for the same position...
