So, fuck it.
I'm convinced proprietary code is popular just because it's embarrassing releasing alpha code :)

Which said, on Monday the 22nd, I'll be releasing an alpha of moomin, Because I've been tinkering with it for over a year now, and if I don't release it, I'll never actually get anywhere with it :)

Core functionality will be:
1) Reading friends pages (posts & comments)
2) Replying to posts & comments.
3) Updating your own journal.

At the moment, it does 1 and 3 (well, it used to do 3. I've just discovered it doesn't anymore :). Over the weekend, I'll tweak them, and add 2, which shouldn't be too hard. I'll then release it, with a biiiig list of known bugs, and ask for *functional* feedback. Since the code is ... ugly, I'll ask a small number of people if they're willing to provide code review. I'll whip up some sort of bug reporting tool, probably inside moomin itself.

Then I'll start asking for feature requests and UI feedback.

So. Let me know if you want it, though I'll be posting a URL on Monday for people to get it from.
