tyggerjai... it occurs to me that it's been five years, give or take, since Chris, Lisa and Janey made their various ways out of my life.
Jane, wherever you are now, I wish I'd treated you a little better, and known you when we were both a little less fucked up. And I still think of you - mostly when the CBRs front wheel lifts off :)
Your taste in motorcycles was as good as your taste in men was dubious. Hope you're well.
Eh. Damn tempus. Just won't stop fugiting. There's something in there about flames burning twice as bright and half as long. By the gods, I've known some fabulous people. I'm fortunate that so many of them are still in my life, even if I have let a few slip away.
But Chris and Lisa were two of the brightest, and so much of them still lives, I hope, in me from day to day.
So I'm with DrWally on this one. Wherever you are, this one's for everyone who's brought a little of their magic to my world. I'm blessed.
