Even better than the real thing!
Feb. 26th, 2003 03:15 pmSO there's a DVD shop near where I work, known colloquially as "The Evil Shop' by my workmates, presumably for its effect on their disposable income.
And someone mentioned the other day that we should have a Coen Brothers film night.
So I was browsing their relatively pitiful Coen Brothers offerings, and reading the blurb on the back of _The Big Lebowski_.
Which, according to the blurb, is "Coen-esque" (or possibly Coenesque, if it matters).
This is some usage of the suffix "-esque" with which I was previously unfamiliar. Although, granted, it's just like a Coen Brothers film. Only crunchy.
solesque.
