Final call for subscribing to the gym blog, either here or there.

Especially if you're doing the 100 pushups with us - 10/10/8/6/20 == 54 today. Skud?

Bought a new bed for us *and* a sofa bed for the guests today. King size luxury. Mmmm. Also towels, incense, oils, homey stuff.

54 pushups and a poem. Not a bad day.
