tyggerjaiSome of you who wanted to read the gym stuff aren't on my friends list, which makes custom friends filters tricky. And some of you want monthly updates, which isn't really compatible with the filters either.
So I figured there's a reason I have webspace and blogging software.

Add that if you want the firehose. I'll probably post monthly here with chest and stomach measurements, and general progress updates without the nittygritty. At once month, I won't filter, just tag and cut them.
