4 out of 4 ain't bad. We went drinking tonight, not just with les Quebecois, but with my new krewe. Bruce, who can match us quote for quote when it comes to Eddie Izzard, but has never seen Withnail and I. And he's British!

And Marylene, the smoking hot Quebecoise flyin, she likes working with me, and will be there next week when we give bunnikins dreadlocks, and re-introduce Cyrile to Spinal Tap, and introduce Bruce to Withnail and I. I am, she says, laid back, which is, after all, what I was aiming for. And she has an Eeyore tattoo to match the "Tigger the rigger" inscription on the LEatherman my wife bought me.

Tonight, I can feel the Xanax coming on, courtesy of a visiting member of our new family, and I love my new friends, and miss you all. But this, finally, with my artists here and a show underway, this is what I came for and what I wanted - something to build, something to create.

If you're reading this, chances are I miss you, and love you. Or maybe it's just the drugs talking, or the tequila. Crisse du tabarnac, we drank a lot of tequila.

Goddess love you, as she apparently loves me, that I can move a thousand miles and more from home, and find as many to love as I left behind.

Also, I have my very own random Bruce of the Commonwealth (Sth African) whom I am also deeply in love with. D'ya think its a conspiracy? or, er, a confederacy of bruces? Dunno if he's seen Withnail and I though, must check.
