Blinded by dollar signs ....

Well, that's the bills paid for the next few months. Sorted till the end of May, in fact. And I held out for what I thought I was worth, and got it, too. Initially, it wasn't quite enough for me to be much further on in three months - there's no point going back to IT if it's just to tread water. But the finally-agreed amount should give me enough in the bank at the end of May to be much more comfortable looking for theatre/construction gigs.

Can't help feeling like it's a slight sellout, but as someone once said, "We each sell that which we love, or are good at, to the highest bidder. Which of us, by that definition, is not a prostitute?".
