3x14 @40 for the bench dumbells, 3x14@110 for the lat pulldowns, 3x14@60 for the triceps. Which means, I think, since that's all nearly twice (20, 60, 40 respectively) what I was lifting a month ago, that it's time for more lifts. So I persuaded ambrose to give me more, in return for doing all his boring cardio. Now I have dumbell shoulder presses, bicep curls, seated rows, and squats. All very exciting!
And then dinner at gluttony. *Good* chicken Viet. salad. Mmmm, lean protein and vegetables. Maybe I am a pod person after all...
