So after 3 solid days of Warcrack (yeah I hit 60, yeah I *love* the new +def armor in 1.10, no I haven't collected all the bloody winterspring blood samples yet, thanks for asking!) I have a sudden urge to play Diablo II.

Did they ever change that bloody stupid UI behaviour where you had to keep clicking on things to attack them, and if you missed, you stopped attacking and died?

And anyone seen my disks?

I'm leaving the blood till it cools down a little.

I'm sorely tempted to log in and see how much Swede 1's def went up with the new deathbone. Maybe a 10-man UBRS ....

I remember lots of clicking in Diablo and considering how much i played it I should remember - but i don't recall anything about missing and dying...

However I do have disks and know where they are

It was more that if you missed the thing you were clicking, you stopped attacking. Which could be fatal in a close fight, by tthe time you thought "Oh wait! I missed! Where'd you go?", especially if it happened a few times in a fight.

If you held the button down, you kept attacking the same monster until it was dead.
