It's not fast, just proactive, it knew you were going to ping 6 minutes in advance of you doing it so it checked early to save time :) Of course, that fudged the maths a little....
Actually, at -363 *m*s, it's not quite 6 minutes ;) But yes, it's seq. 19, so presumably it got the first few and then thought "Oh, they're all going to the same place. Let's just hang about and *pretend* we went all the way over there..."
