So I don't often post WoW stuff here, because I know none of you care. But tonight, having been utterly over it, bumped my subscription down to 1 month at a time and nearly decided to just play out the next 2 days I had paid for and stop entirely, tonight I *finally* got to MT MC. And it did kinda revitalise my interest, even if it was only with the B team (the B team is half my guild, and half another guild who field most of the A team, and let us tag along sometimes.) So, damn, I thought I'd escaped, but that's one goal so much closer. Next stop Ony!

Oh, yeah, and some real life in there, yadda yadda, 7' tall martini glasses with 6' tall blondes in, etc, just another day at the officer.

Oh, I'm sorry, are you talking to me? I think "Your excellency" is the appropriate term for the "Mayor of Piketown", isn't it?

Nt much to tell. I'm living the dream, inasmuch as some people presumably wake up in a cold sweat from dreams where they're carrying 7' tall perspex martini glasses down Chapel St at 8 in the morning, having just emptied them of the residue of naked 6' tall women who'd been in them for the Playboy store launch the night before. I didn't get to *see* the naked women,m only their residue, which apparently consists largely of Red Bull and Vodka, and is slightly sandy. I'm not sure why, but I tried not to think about it.

Today we had to rig a statue of Ganesh from the cieling - I'm still not sure if it's technically heresy to wrap rigging wire round his neck, but that's what we did.

And I'm glad it didn't rain, because of the small number of things heavier than a laundry bag full of panne velvet, a laundry bag full of *wet* panne velvet ranks right up there.

My gig can be a tad surreal at times.
