1) Weight lifters take drugs. Duh.
2) For hours now I've been singing "Just keep rowing, just keep rowing", in that Finding Nemo Dory kinda way. It's a cheery little anthem, and helps remind me that even olympic athletes need a nap halfway through a race every now and then.
"Just keep rowing, just keep rowing".

The disturbing thing, as my Girly Asian Manager has just pointed out to me, is that I am the architect and maintainer of our email product. Which has the power to append a "disclaimer" to every single outgoing email. If you have dealings with our company, and all our emails suddenly have "Just keep rowing, just keep rowing!" at the end, think of me and smile. Because I'll soon be unemployed.
