He's got a big pig feed and shit transport machine, and he wants to plug the machine into the same pig four times, in order to improve the feed/shit transport rate. This is because that is the uberpig that all the other little piggies around like to suck on its crap all the time. So, it's a matter of installing some extra orificies in the big piggie, plugging all the tubes into the machine, then tweaking the right stuff in the big piggie to make it do stuff along all the tubes, instead of just one.
