I need a smog mask, for all this riding in traffic. Anyone have any clue where to get them in Melbourne.
And the more I ride, the more I feel like some uberl33t William Gibson character, slicing through the city. I think I just found another expensive hobby - the Malvern Star is great for commuting, but , y'know, it's just not hi-tech enough. Gimme resinated paper frames and tungsten-alloy rims, baby!
But if I ever get disc brakes, kill me :)
Update: Fuck me. I had no idea it could be *that* expensive. $3,500 for a mountain bike? That's just silly.
