No-one warned me that this trapeze thing would be painful and difficult. It's remarkable how little sympathy I get from the artists, though. Or, in fact, from anyone.
I've decided training EVERY DAY like Nastyushka is, perhaps, not advised at this stage. I only get about 15 minutes on the trapeze in an hour, the rest is stretching, cooling down, ancillary exercises (leg raises. Lots of leg raises) in between. But still, it's fairly hardcore. Every other day is probably ok at the moment. But I did feel that the leg raise exercise was better today, and even the one arm hangs. I couldn't do them as long, but while I was doing them they were better. Which is odd, but indicates a combination of muscle memory and muscle fatigue.
And tonight, Nastyushka watched from the windows overlooking the training room. For about 30 seconds. That was a very odd feeling reversal of our normal roles, I have to say.
