Why going to Venice worries me, part N of X

It's around the time our lease is up. They're keen for us to stay, but I don't think we want to sign on for another year. Which means it's possible that we'll be looking for somewhere to live while in Venice. Would *you* trust wico and spark_au to find your next home??
