Circuits today, and I pushed myself about half as hard as Ambrose did. In fact, the second circuit I really only half did - sloppy on the exercises, only two sets instead of three .... But I hates it, I do :) So I did weights as well, because the circuits make me realise how much, comparatively, I enjoy the weights, and I did 20 minutes cardio - 10 on the rowing machine, 10 on the bike. SO not an entirely slack day.
