Actually, possibly for the agents uploading descriptions to realestate.com.au. But whoever.
You have a selection box to limit the results of your search to certain types of property. If I choose "House", it's because I want to see *houses*. Townhouses I can cope with. But penthouse apartments do not magically become houses merely because they contain the word "house". Thanks. Oh - one more thing. Why is there no category for "remarkably spacious and decadent yet surprisingly affordable inner-city mansions"? Just asking ...
